Apple has released iOS 5 beta 2 for all iDevices, below all the needed links, but keep in mind that your iDevice need to be activated, developers only or those who have their UDID activated. Otherwise it won’t work. Use them at your own risk.
In order to use .dmg on windows, simply change the extension from .dmg to .ipsw and it will work. No need to download extra software.
